Weekly prices are from Saturday to Saturday of any given week (7 nite minimum). There is a 10% occupancy tax paid to the city of Newport Beach. There is a 10% cancellation fee and no refunds unless the rental period you have reserved has been re-rented.

To reserve a property, please call or email us to confirm if the time you would like to reserve is still available. Once confirmed, you will be asked to send a deposit of 1/2 the amount of the rent plus the occupancy tax of 10%

Upon check in, you will be required to pay the balance of the rest of the rent, plus a security deposit in the form of cash or cashier's check, or this can be paid two weeks prior by personal check. The security deposit is returned to you within 21 days after vacating, less the cleaning charge.

For an additional fee of 1.00%, payment can be made with American Express, Visa, Mastercard or PayPal after confirmation of availability.
