That's why we purchased this adorable cottage less than a year ago and completely refurbished it to bring it up to date internally but leaving the homey cottage appeal in tact. The kitchen is brand new with updated appliances , ready for entertaining.The interior patio has a gas BBQ and laundry is off the garage where you'll have access to park one car. The vintage electrical system had to go but the feeling of a cozy cottage didn't.
